Please note we are INSIDE Infinity Salon. There is free parking in front. You can park in any of the spots that say “Infinity Salon.” If there’s no space left there is paid street parking on West 2nd & 3rd, as well as underground parking on West 2nd.
Cancellation Policy
We have a 24 cancellation policy and therefore requires a credit card number to book any services, should you wish to change or cancel your appointment please provide us with 24 hours’ notice. You will be charged half the regular service price for cancellations less than 24hrs prior to appointment, or no shows. Even if you have a coupon or promo discount. Please respect our time.

Ashlene is amazing! She is knowledgeable and works in an efficient manner. Often with waxing, I have experienced in other clinics where the overall experience is quite slow which prolongs pain, however, Ashlene's business ensures to remind you to take a pain relief before the appointment and works quickly. Very clean environment, and super friendly (: online booking system straight forward and easy to use and reschedule.

Amazing services! I had a lot of horrible experiences with other waxing studios, but Ashlene is so talented. She is professional and affordable, and does an amazing job overall. It is a 40min drive to the studio for me but it is worth every minute!!! Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed.

The best wax I have ever had. Relatively painless (compared to every other time I've had waxing done), a super clean environment, and Ashlene is just an awesome person to talk to which is a bonus. I will always go to her and trust her with all of my waxing from now on!

Went here for my very first time waxing. It was amazing. Ashlene makes you feel super comfortable and takes you through all the steps of you waxing treatment. I went to get my second wax with a different person at a different spa in Burnaby. It was a terrible experience. Ashlene is truely amazing. The wax itself is not nearly as painful as other waxes. And I really like that she informed me of what she was doing. The overall experience was lovely.I highly recommend her for anyone's first time. I will be going to her again in the future. She's STELLAR.

I came here to have my first Brazilian wax done. I was a little nervous due to other people telling me how bad it hurts and other horror stories that happened elsewhere. Ashlene answered all of my questions and made me feel so comfortable before we even started. It definitely was not as painful as I had been expecting and Ashlene described all the wax she uses and how she prepares the skin before waxing. If you are wanting to get waxed and holding back out of nervousness, have no fear, you are in good hands with Ashlene!

I’ve been seeing Ashlene religiously since 2013! She is a joy to work with. Efficient, friendly, competent and very reasonable prices. I feel so fortunate to have found her as it’s so important to trust your waxer! She is so easy to talk with the appointment is over before I even know it. I moved to New West a couple years back but make the trek over to Granville Island as I would not trust the service to anyone else! Would recommend her to anyone!

I have been seeing Ashlene for the past two and a half years, and I'm never going to anyone else. I started seeing her for waxes, and she consistently delivers great results while maintaining conversation. The products she uses are high quality, and regrowth is not unpleasant because she takes her time and doesn't just rip the hair out like other places do. I have recently started to see her for laser, and she took the time to explain how it would feel before, during, and after so I was comfortable with the procedure before she began. I highly recommend Ashlene!

Ashlene's is my go-to place for waxing. She's so efficient and friendly, the entire process is over before you know it. I don't live in the area but would go out of my way to see her. Clean space, reasonable prices and convenient hours!

I just attended Ashlene's studio, which can be found inside the Infinity Salon. It was the best brazilian experience I have had!! Ashlene is very professional and friendly, and uses high quality wax containing essential oils, which really helps ease the pain!! I was totally comfortable and very happy with her service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Ashlene was nothing but professional and wonderful throughout our whole Brazilian Wax session. She eases her customers by introducing herself, and takes the time to explain the products she will be using. This lady sure knows her stuff, and is an expert in her field. For a service that can be quite uncomfortable or even painful to some, it was nothing like that for me at all. I will be definitely be returning to Ashlene for my future wax sessions. Besides her work ethic, she is a joy to talk to with her bright, and bubbly personality which definitely contributes to the whole pleasant experience.

Going to see Ashlene was the best decision I could have made. She is a consummate professional and her energy is consistently calm and positive.
