Cancellation Policy
We have a 24 cancellation policy and therefore requires a credit card number to book any services, should you wish to change or cancel your appointment please provide us with 24 hours’ notice. You will be charged half the regular service price for cancellations less than 24hrs prior to appointment, or no shows. Even if you have a coupon or promo discount. Please respect our time.

Went here for my very first time waxing. It was amazing. Ashlene makes you feel super comfortable and takes you through all the steps of you waxing... treatment. I went to get my second wax with a different person at a different spa in Burnaby. It was a terrible experience. Ashlene is truely amazing. The wax itself is not nearly as painful as other waxes.
