Please note we are INSIDE INFINTIY SALON. There is parking in the Waterfall Building underground on West 2nd. There is street parking on West 2nd and West 3rd, as well as paid parking in front of salon. For Lash Lifting clients please come eye makeup free.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of your scheduled appointment. We have a 48 hr cancellation policy. If you wish to change, or cancel your appointment please provide us with 48 hours’ notice. You will be charged half the regular service price for any cancellations less than 48hrs prior to appointment, or no shows. Even if you have a coupon or promo discount. We book back to back appointments for all services. If you are a few minutes late it can effect the time we have to complete the service properly, or even at all. Lash Lifting clients must be on time for this reason. Failure to do so may affect the outcome of your service. If you are 15 minutes or more late we may have to re-schedule your appointment, and you will charged for half the price of regular service for that appointment. We need to respect our Technicians time, as well as our other clients wanting in.

Your VISA will NOT BE CHARGED unless there’s a late cancellation or no show. It’s only to hold the appointment time. There is a 48hr cancellation notice required.
